I feel like Mike Tyson… well over 2100 hits!


Thanks for coming along and reading this blog - hope you're finding it of interest… it's now had over 2100 hits in the last few months. So, either you like what you're reading or you've not been able to delete the cookies from your browser ;-)

Hi Gav, just keep doing what you are doing - it's all interesting. Do you keep personal records for distances you cover in training? If so why not post a list and let us know whe you beat them so we can see you getting better!

Cheers Paul - good idea. I'll post a vital statistics tab and stick some data in so (any) progress can be tracked!!! AT this point in time most of the training is purely endurance based, so I'm not out to break any speed records… but when training ramps up in early 2013 there'll be a lot of interval training and speed work - so hopefully start knocking time off my p.b.s!!! :-)
